Terms & Conditions Please read my T&C's carefully before purchasing from Little Treasures Gift Co By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this site, my facebook page, my website and my instagram page and by accessing this page and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this page or any other accounts. These terms and conditions abide by The consumer contract regulations. You are welcome to print or store these terms for your own records. Little Treasures Gift Co is a fully registered & insured business This page contains material which is owned by us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, appearance and graphics. Occasionally this page may also include links to other, pages, websites or brands. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the pages or website (s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked page or website (s). (Local shops) WORKING HOURS Working days and hours are not specified, due to the case of these being inaccurate. All correspondence will be replied to at the earliest convenience. PRICES Prices are subject to change at any time, but are correct at the time of posting. Any glitches, typos or errors are not required to be honoured. If an error is discovered at any time with regards to the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you at the earliest convenience, and give you the option to amend your order to the correct price, or cancel your order all together. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date. All prices are in pounds (£) and do not include postage unless stated otherwise. PAYMENT Paypal via goods is the method we recommend you make payment by, as this offers protection for your purchase. Clearpay is also available spreading the cost over 4 payments. I also offer Bank Transfer once an invoice has been received by yourself from "Little Treasures Gift Co' Business Bank Account. Cash, Cheques or postal orders are NOT accepted. Payment must be made prior to your goods being made, unless stated otherwise. Any contract for purchases made through the page will be with “Little Treasures Gift Co” . “Little Treasures Gift Co” must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. ORDER TURN-AROUND 7-10 working days Our items are all handmade to order (unless stated otherwise) and once payment has been made please allow up to 2 weeks for it to be completed. This may be longer depending on the time of year or current workload. Please be patient and don't hesitate to message to enquire about your order progress. Although we endeavour to complete within 7-10 days If you require an order for a specific deadline, please specify as we can often accommodate these requirements. DELIVERY All items are delivered at the minimum using Royal Mail Tracked 48, we always obtain proof of postage. Should your order not arrive, please contact “Little Treasures Gift Co” via Facebook or email, a full refund or replacement will be offered once a complaint has been completed with Royal Mail. We ensure all items are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund. A refund will be issued once the item has been received back at “Little Treasures Gift Co” All returns must be returned with ample protective packaging to ensure a safe return, a senders address, and must be sent via royal mail signed for, proof of postage must be obtained. A refund or replacement will only be issued once the item has been received by us in the condition the sender received it. Under the consumer contract regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional. Please note this does NOT apply to anything that has been personalised as this cannot be sold on. If you wish to return an item please notify in writing (page messages/email is fine) We will then process your return. Please note there will be no returns on sale items. Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy. RETURN POLICY Custom Items: Custom made items are exempt from the consumer contract regulations, the only exception being is if they're faulty. We endeavour to offer the best customer service possible, and if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as we aim to have very happy customers. VARIATIONS Please note that designs/materials are subject to availability, where requested if we do not have the exact materials to achieve the design requested, a suitable alternative will be used, we endeavour to notify our customers of these changes, but reserve the right not to. Please note that colours/designs of items may appear differently from what photographs display, due to filters, lighting, and photo edits. We do not offer refunds (partial or full) for this. I will always ensure the customer is as happy as possible and endeavour to sort any problems out as quickly as possible. VINYL PRODUCTS AND GLITTER TUMBLERS Products Are Not Dishwasher Safe. Nor Washing Machine safe Due to personalisation. Vinyls will peel if the temperature of the water is too hot. warm soapy water / Handwash is advisable. TUMBLERS ARE NOT MICROWAVE NOR DISHWASHER SAFE, these are also not advised to leave soaking in water as its a water based Top Coat and will soften and peel , warm soapy hand wash only. CUSTOM ORDERS I absolutely love accepting custom orders and will always try my best to create what you are looking for. Message me with your ideas and I will give you a quote based upon the amount of hours I estimate the project will take. Once a quote is given and accepted I won't change the price and will create a specific listing on the website for you. PHOTOGRAPHS All photographs are my own (unless stated and source available upon request) All photos will be used for examples and promotional use. If you wish to not have your order used for promotional use, Please do leave a comment in the checkout, email or Facebook me. I am more than happy to keep confidential work away from advertisement. PHOTO UPLOADER Please upload a high quality image to be printed onto slate or mugs, any photos which are low resolution or low quality are down to the customers choice, and we will not be held responsible for poor printing services. We will not refund any low resolution orders as we are not held accountable for this aspect. We simply upload the photo which is asked to do so and agreeing to the terms and conditions by ticking the box on adding to cart. DISCOUNT GAMEs By adding your email address for a discount code, you are agreeing for us to take your email information for marketing purposes i.e email discounts/ subscriber list. Whether you make a purchase on the day or through the email. Your email will be held in our data base. You are agreeing to these terms and conditions by ticking the box on the game.
